Reservations
To ensure spa availability, advance reservations are encouraged, and accepted by phone 813-999-8742 or online at spaevangeline.com. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. We ask that you notify the spa sommelier of any physical or medical considerations including pregnancy.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and treatment preparation. As a courtesy to all guests, appointments end on time regardless. Please note full charges apply for late arrivals. Should a guest arrive too late to receive service, advance payment is required and the appointment will be rescheduled for an alternative time.
Dress
For your comfort, a robe and slippers are provided to enjoy during your visit. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments to ensure the utmost privacy. Personal lockers and showers are available for use. Please leave jewelry, cell phones and other valuables at home as the facility and its staff assume no responsibility for the loss of personal items.
Service Charges
An Administration Fee of 3% which is retained by the Spa, is added to all Service Checks. For your convenience, a discretionary gratuity of 18% will also be added to the check. Gratuity is provided at the discretion of the Guest, and is based on satisfaction with the services received. All gratuities are paid in full directly to the service providers. The administration fee and gratuity may appear on one line item on your receipt.
Medical Conditions
A brief medical questionnaire will be provided at check-in or in advance via email. To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit. Please complete and indicate any medical conditions that may be affected by your treatment. Individuals with a fever or contagious illness are asked to contact the spa and reschedule.
Appointment Changes
Because your spa experience is reserved for you, 24 hours advance notice is required for a ll appointment changes and cancellations. Please contact the spa concierge. Any appointment change made outside the specified time is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the treatment value via the credit card or gift card used to secure reservation.
Gifts
Visit the spa boutique for gifts or purchase a gift card in a denomination of your choice. Spa Epic Memberships and corporate gift packages are available.

What are Spa Evangeline’s hours of operation?
Normal operating hours are Monday – Tuesday 11am – 5pm, Wednesday – Friday 11am – 6pm and Saturday – Sunday 10am – 5pm. Hours may vary by season and the spa may occasionally be closed for holidays. Please call ahead for reservations at 813-999-8742.
Is the spa open to the public?
Spa Evangeline is open to hotel guests as well as the general public. In fact, the majority of our guests are local.
What types of services do you offer?
Facials, waxing, massage, body scrubs and wraps as well as natural nail treatments including manicures and pedicures.
Do you offer services for children?
Spa Evangeline’s current focus is to provide relaxing and results-oriented spa experiences for guests ages 18 and older.
What products does Evangeline use in spa treatments?
Spa Evangeline is the exclusive provider of Caudalie skincare and body vinotherapie treatments in the Tampa Bay area. In addition, FarmHouse Fresh products are used for body treatments, manicures, pedicures and select facials. Organic 4 Male products are used in men’s facial and back treatments.
What type of retail does Evangeline offer?
In addition to the featured product lines, Evaneline retails Clarisonic, Light Stim LED Therapy, OkaB sandals, handbags, scarves, jewelry, recycled wine bottle candles, La Bella Donna Makeup, Coola Suncare, Pure Inventions Drink Supplements, and a selection of CND and Spa Ritual nail products. Are appointment reminders provided?
Yes, Spa Evangeline uses an automated email system to send out appointment confirmations as well as reminders close to appointment date. Appointment confirmations are provided as a courtesy and may not be available on occasion. Each guest is ultimately responsible for arriving to scheduled apppointments.
Should I shave before my appointment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment, pedicure, or hair removal service. A minimum of 1/4 inch of hair growth is required for waxing. Men receiving facials should avoid shaving 4 hours prior to treatment.
What services are available for pregnant women?
Facials are a great way to address hormonal changes in the skin and a massage is the perfect solution to address back pain and sleeplessness. What expecting mom wouldn’t love someone to paint her toes or massage her hands? While many spa treatments are safe to receive, Spa Evangeline only offers prenatal massage during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Baths, steam showers and body wraps are not offered during any stage of pregancy.
